I have been doing stand-up since 2019. Here is a recent set:
I also do an act where I dress up as a dog called Rover and do observational stand-up comedy from the point of view of a dog, which looks like this:
I have gigged all over the country, and have done 10 minute spots at Hot Water Comedy in Liverpool, The Stand (Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle), The Poodle Club, Laughing Horse Pick of the Fringe and Big Belly Comedy Club.
I was a finalist in the Backyard Comedy Knockout.
I beat the gong at the Ding Dong Gong Show (Big Belly Comedy Club) and “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” (Funhouse).
I was a finalist in the Roast Battle UK Knockout Tournament 2023 - video of my roast battle vs Joe Bingham.
I have twice been a guest on Hate N Live at the Edinburgh Fringe.
I was a regular on the children’s improv roleplay show Adventures! Journey Through Dungeons with Dragons, playing a wizard.
I have MCed at Covent Garden Comedy Cellar, Bermondsey Beer Mile Comedy and Instant Laughs.
I have done these festival shows:
One Man And His Dog at the Faversham Fringe 2022 (split bill with Ed Mulvey and Rover).
Junk Mail Order Bride at the Camden Fringe 2023 (split bill with Helen K).
Toby Shure and Friends – Love Ireland! at the Edinburgh Fringe 2024 (MC last five shows).
My stand-up covers a range of topics from philosophy to technology to pure filth. I’m quick-thinking enough to do well in formats like game shows where off-the-cuff quips are required.
Also available for writing jokes/scripts/song lyrics.
